“Miro Coach: Gang Pass to confusion.”
84/100 is a strong result for a product this young. The value proposition is crystal clear — the H1 does exactly what it should. The problem isn't what the site says, it's how it packages it: in-house terminology ("Gang Pass", "Stack sessions") that signals belonging to insiders but acts as a barrier for cold visitors. The conversion path is near-perfect. What fails is the bridge between a clear promise and clear mechanics.
Scorecard
The value proposition is crystal clear. The H1 does its job.
Strong hero. The rest of the pitch stacks too much jargon at once.
CTAs present but without clear hierarchy. Too many directions at once.
"Gang Pass" reads as underground club more than professional tool. No logos or visible testimonials.
Good content, poor signposting. The user needs a map to find the exit.
In-house terminology with charisma — but it demands a prior handshake to decode.
Fast on desktop. Mobile can still be optimized — images, lazy loading.
Path as clear as a clean whiteboard. The 'scoping call' step could be more direct.
Three quick wins
- 01Optimize images and enable lazy loading for mobile — the most fixable performance gap without touching the design.
- 02Add visible social proof — client logos, testimonials, or number of sessions delivered — so the 'Gang Pass' reads as credential, not jargon.
- 03Explain in-house terms in context — a one-line definition next to 'Gang Pass' and 'Stack sessions' the first time they appear, without killing the identity language.
The context
Miro Coach didn't start as a coaching landing page. It began as a blank Notion project in January 2025 — no body, no audience. Sixteen months later it's a living knowledge marketplace, built by Victor Paredes (Miro MVP, Framer Partner) with the same philosophy he brings to workshops: visual, dense, no filler. The score of 84 confirms the architecture works. The roast's gaps are the backlog for the next version.
