roast.website (“we”, “us”) is a website feedback tool operated by Victor Paredes, based in Madrid, Spain. For any privacy question, contact hello@roast.website.

• The URL or mockup you submit. When you request a roast we fetch the public page at that URL (or read the image you upload) solely to score and critique it.
• Your email, only if you choose to contact us for a Premium Roast or a Build project.
• Basic technical data (IP, browser) processed transiently by our host to serve the site and prevent abuse.

We use your submission to generate the roast and, if you email us, to reply and deliver the service you asked for. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with advertisers.

• Vercel — hosting and serverless functions.
• Google (Gemini via Vercel AI Gateway) — the AI model that generates the roast. Your submitted URL or mockup is processed to produce the critique.
• Microlink — captures a screenshot of the submitted page for the report.

roast.website runs without advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any profiling tracker, so no cookie-consent banner is required. If we ever add analytics, we'll use a cookieless, privacy-first tool and update this page.

Roasts are produced by an automated AI system scored against a landing-page rubric. They are design feedback and opinion — not certified professional, legal or financial advice.

If you're in the EU/EEA you can request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data, and object to processing. Email hello@roast.website and we'll respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).

Submitted URLs and generated roasts are kept only as long as needed to provide and improve the service. Emails you send us are retained for as long as our conversation and any resulting project require.

For paid services (Premium Roast, Build), EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. For digital services you ask us to start immediately, you consent to begin before the period ends and waive the right once the work is delivered. Contact us for any refund question.
